United Water Conservation District (UWCD) and Pleasant Valley County Water District (PVCWD) are forming the Oxnard Plain User’s Group to provide a forum for stakeholder participation in groundwater management decisions.  The first User’s Group meeting is scheduled for Thursday May 28, 2009 from 1:30 – 3:00 PM at the Camarillo Airport Assembly Room located at 555 Airport Way, Camarillo, CA.  The meeting is open to water agencies, landowners, well owners, groundwater users, and anyone interested in groundwater resources management.  The Fox Canyon Groundwater Management Agency encourages stakeholder participation in the User’s Group.  For more information, download the meeting flyer here.
